Rena is a current parent whose zeal for life and the school is infectious. A former owner and CEO of a multi-national business, Rena is co-founder of the AbbaJack Foundation for human-trafficked and domestically abused women and children. She has a passion for education and making a positive difference in our local community through church, various charities, and entrepreneurship. Rena will bring valuable wisdom to the work of the Board.
David Ramsey is the director of business development for Landmark Builders. Before joining Landmark last September, David was the EVP of economic development for the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce since 2015. He has a strong passion for growth, new capital investment and new job opportunities. After completing his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2004, David launched his career at the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce where he was the VP of economic development. Before moving to North Carolina, David was the global business director for the Mississippi Development Authority. He and his wife, Emily, are proud to call Greensboro home. They have three children, two of which currently attend Lancaster Preschool.
Cristina is a current parent whose children have attended Lancaster for the last 5 years. Throughout her career in healthcare, she held leadership roles within business development. She most recently was the President of the JWES PTA board which supports over 500 elementary students and over 60 staff members. Cristina will bring her business acumen and enthusiasm to compliment the mission of Lancaster Preschool.
Ashley is a current parent at Lancaster, who has grown to love the preschool. She has lived in Greensboro since 2016 with her husband and three daughters. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Science specializing in Nuclear Medicine and CT. She has also served 12 years in the US Army, holding many leadership roles. Ashley brings her dedication and loyalty to help fulfill the mission at Lancaster Preschool.
Lauren is a native of Greensboro, NC, and has been part of the Lancaster community since 2019. Lauren graduated from Appalachian State University with a marketing & advertising degree. She went on to obtain her master's in Elementary School Education from UNC-Charlotte. After graduating, Lauren and her husband returned to Greensboro to raise their family. Both of her children attend Lancaster Preschool and have loved every minute of it. She looks forward to serving the Lancaster school community and furthering its mission.
Rachel Daly is a native North Carolinian who received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice & Social Welfare and her Law degree from Campbell University. She has lived in Greensboro since 2012 with her husband Jon, and children Serena (5), Scarlett (3) and Tripp (1). The Daly Family are members of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.
Lisa Hunsucker is a grandmother to Lancaster students who will be joining us next year. Lisa comes with both medical expertise and early education experience. For eight years she started and directed Apple’s Chapel Christian Day Care and Kindergarten. She is a member of Westover church and coordinates their marriage ministry.
Caroline is a current parent who was lead to Lancaster in 2020. She is humbled and grateful at this opportunity to give back to a school community that has served her family so well. A native of North Carolina, she has lived in Greensboro since 2016 with her husband and two young boys. She has been in the E &S insurance industry for 14 years and currently works for a national wholesaler.
Tiffany Matthews is a native to North Carolina and grew up in the Greensboro area. With her bachelors degree in business administration from Meredith College, she spent seven years in IT sales and university recruiting, eventually leaving Corporate America to start her family. She is married to her husband, Nick, and together they have two sons that both currently attend Lancaster. In addition to staying home with her two boys, Tiffany started her own residential interior design firm in 2018, Motif Homes. She is passionate about spending time with her family, creating comfortable, calm, and fresh living spaces, and serving her local community through her church. She is excited to take on the role of board member, to better serve and love on the Lancaster community as a whole.
